I have some lovely news. I have been made a very nice offer by a very nice publisher that will see you all able to read Keep Calm and Carry Vegemite in proper travel memoir-style form in 2013. More details soon, but just wanted to brag share. Now, it must be champagne time (sure it’s 2.19pm, but who cares?!).

Please have some champagne for me! It’s a tad to early here. Unless I have a mimosa…

    CONGRATS!

Thanks so much! Have done a crazy amount of writing in 2011/2012, but it seems to have worked out, as will have a crazy number of books out next year!

2.19pm sounds like a totally respectable hour to have a champagne! Have you been away from Australia too long?? :-) Congratulations, Allison!

That’s true. Anytime after 10am is fair game, really. And before that’s okay if you put orange juice in, right?
